It’s designed with lightweight fabrics for wicking and breathability, as well as close-knit fabric on the back for added sun protection. Its rear pockets offer improved support for your tools and gear and a thicker elastic trim keeps everything secure, while a gusset at the bottom expands to add volume. Constructed from a lightweight, high-stretch and moisture-wicking fabric

The Training Jersey is a high-performance, short-sleeve jersey designed to keep you warm and dry in mild weather conditions. It’s constructed from a lightweight, high-stretch and moisture-wicking fabric that is perfect for all-day comfort.

Wicking is a technique that uses the capillary action of fibers to draw sweat away from your skin and spread it out for faster evaporation. The most advanced wicking fabrics use bi-component knit constructions, which allow every fiber to work with maximum efficiency.

Moisture-wicking fabrics can be made of synthetic fibers, such as polyester, or natural fibers, like cotton. Synthetics absorb less water than cotton (cotton absorbs 7% of its weight in water, while polyester absorbs only 0.4%).

They also tend to trap and release odor over time, which can be frustrating when you’re wearing them for extended periods. Natural fabrics, such as bamboo, are a better choice, and they’re becoming increasingly popular in the activewear world.

Most wicking fabrics are made from a combination of polyester and spandex. This type of fabric is commonly used in athletic wear for its incredible elasticity and stretch capabilities.

The combination of polyester and spandex in a fabric allows the material to wick away moisture without retaining it, which helps keep you cool and comfortable. It also helps prevent chaffing and irritation, making it great for sportswear with frequent movements.

Its wicking properties are further enhanced by its soft touch and matte finish, which creates a more casual aesthetic. It’s an excellent option for athletes who prefer a more versatile workout shirt that can be worn in the gym, at work or anywhere else.

In addition to a blend of polyester and spandex, it also features a soft brushed surface for added comfort. This fabric also has a high mechanical stretch for added movement, and is anti-pill for superior durability.

The fabric is available in two different weights, 6.5 oz. and 9 oz. and is primarily used in baseball jerseys. The fabric is also commonly used for practice football jerseys, ice and roller hockey jerseys and side inserts.

Reflective print transfers for enhanced visibility

Reflective print transfers are a great way to enhance the visibility of your apparel. They help improve safety by providing a visual indicator that helps drivers see your clothing and identify your brand, so they can be sure to stop, look and listen.

There are many different types of reflective prints available to choose from. One of the most common is a 3M(tm) reflective material, which is made from microscopic glass spheres that act as retroreflective lenses. These spheres are then bonded to a special polymer layer that enables the material to reflect light from a distance.

Another example of a reflective printing media is a transfer film, which has an adhesive backing that makes it easy to apply to t-shirts. However, it’s not a good idea to use Training Jersey this type of print on mesh fabrics like the ones found in training vests because it can easily poke through and be difficult to remove without a heat press.

In addition, a specialized thermal print media that features retroreflective particles is also a good choice for creating high-visibility labels. This media is a pliable, flexible material that can be applied to most surfaces. This allows for a wide variety of label applications including OHSA and Arcflash signs, industrial pipe markings, warehouse rack labels and more.

The icing on the cake is that these specialized print media can be easily printed with desktop or portable thermal printers. This makes it possible to print the labels you need, when you need them, decreasing lead time and waste.

While some t-shirt transfers can be tricky to apply, our best-in-class coloured reflective heat transfer vinyl is an excellent choice for adding a visible indicator of your brand to your garments. This luminous heat transfer vinyl features a unique glass bead construction that illuminates in the darkest conditions, which makes it ideal for sportswear, pet apparel and even construction crew uniforms. It is also a good choice for applications with a small application area such as the front and back of a shirt or jacket.
